Tenuta Badia is the agricultural business factory managed from the new generations of the Balestro families, with the always attentive supervision of Anselmo, Umberto and Pietro, that has projected to invest in the agricultural typical products (oil, wine, cereals and products from the garden) and in the agrituristical activity, too.
So, outcome from the beginning, in 1999, we have begun to reclaim the old structures, in state of abandonment and degradation, that are in the farms near the "Bel Vedere Badia", private property of the agricultural business factory's partners.
The first realized project has interested "La Capanna",
typical build that are in the threshing-floor for the stocking of the "treshing", of the straw and of the hay,
by the reconstruction of the old build with the reclamation and the utilization of materials like the olds bricks, the stone of the basement and the beams of wood, to keep alive the memory and the original design.
Lodgings description 
With the reclaim project we have realized an only one-room flat of about 32 mq. with an outsider arbour of about 12 mq. that is allows to spend a romantic, unforgettable short holiday for two persons.
"La Capanna" " has been realized with an accurate and original architectonical structure and is elegantly furnished with a corner- kitchen (a small kitchen), two davenport, poor-art style furniture and some moderns elements to complete the interior design.

benefits from the outsider spaces in common with "Belvedere Badia" where take place the children's play park, the bowl's field and the garden with fruit-trees and ornamentals plants.
In the tavern, the eat & drink part, can be organized meetings with the participation of the hosts belong to the Balestro family, for taste local special foods grilled on the barbecue, sweets and snacks, heating the atmosphere with the red wine of the "Tenuta Badia", produced in absolutely natural way.
The Wellness-Point
at the disposal of our guest indoor, can be used after signing a declaration of responsibility for one’s own health; it is constituted by:
- one hot Jacuzzi whirlpool for 6 persons, heated at 33°/37°C (thermal-similar temperature), capable to produce relaxing effects already after 15 minutes;
skimmers functioning and purification system with oxygen that makes your skin soft and relaxed;
A swimming-pool are two, at the disposal of our guests, with the following characteristics:
- a rectangular pool (mt. 6 x 12 - h mt 1,2/1,7);
skimmers-functioning and purification system with daily controlled chlorine;
- a “bean-shape” pool (mt. 5,50 x 11,00 - h mt 1,00/1,40) with whirlpool-corner also suitable for children, under parent’s control;
the skimmers-functioning and purification system with oxygen makes your skin soft and relaxed;
The pool can be also used at night, with a planned lighting, on condition that nobody disturbs the guests who want to rest,
enjoying the peace and quiet of our intimate and comfortable place.
In order to guarantee the guests to spend their holiday with the maximum tranquillity, we will assign to each apartment, at the arrival,
one parasol and two wood-made sunbeds, reserved to the guests for all the during of their stay.
- one Tylo-Sauna both dry and steam operating, that could make you “sweat” also in winter when the external temperature is under zero;
- hot showers and wc for men and women.
The Wellness-Point is open from 9,00 a.m. to 7,00 p.m.; its use in other times is possible with a request to the direction.
